This is some concept artwork that I've done for a job application, well, I only had to do the female warrior actually, but I coldn't constrain myself from adding more to it.Feel free to comment, I'm opened to criticism of any kind.

I don't post often but I like the concept. In my opinion I would put her hand behind his neck maybe holding his body forward as she plunges the blade through his chest. As far as the anatomy, my gut reaction is telling me either her torso is a bit too thick or her limbs are too small, as well as the horse part of that centaur seems too skinny in comparison to his torso and arms. The crows legs look slightly off as well, like it's about to land on something, but there's nothing in it's path that or it was resting on her shoulder before she leapt towards the centaur, if that's the case I would move it back a bit. Take my critiques with a grain of salt because I'm not a professional I'm merely a shy amateur.

Much love and respect

That's a very succesfull image, I think. I like the action.

My crits:
Female anatomy is looking fine except her left arm : It seems a little thin.
In general of the image, the muscles seem too much clarified, like they don't have any fatty and skin tissue over them. You can use shadows instead of lines for the borders of the muscles.

Good luck...:)

Her pose looks like she could be kneeling on the ground, as apposed to flying through the air and thrusting a sword.
