OK... I've been trying for two weeks now to upload my avatar. However when I go to the avatar screen I don't get any options.... I don't see any of the Administrator provided ones or any options to upload one. I click on more info and there is nothing there.

Does it have to anything to do that I'm a Newbie and only have 14 posts ??...... after how many posts are you able to upload an avatar ??

Otherwise... what am I doing wrong ?...
