Hi
Don't mean to be blunt, but this needs a lot of work. It seems you are having some trouble controlling your mesh. Some areas are smooth while others are sharp and angular, and this doesnt seem like this was something you would have intended. Looks kinda haphazard in places.
I would go through a human figure tutorial to really get to grips with the tools.
Heres a good one:

(from the Maxon site>Support>project Based tutes>Meissie)
Heres a great human reference site (even if you are doing a cartoon style figure--eference helps):

Its a good excercise for someone new to C4d to build a Hypernurbs character, and I commend you on your efforts. Good luck!

It might help giving some tips when you post a wireframe model (HyperNurbs turned off).
The wireframe tells allot about how you went about modelling your character.

Hi Folks,
Well I took your advise and remodeled the character. Here are the renders:

You will learn a LOT about modelling if you follow a figure modelling tutorial. It takes time and practice. If you dont like the Meissie tute, I'm sure others here can suggest another one.
Put it this way. If you saw this figure, as is, in a new Pixar movie, what would your reaction to it be?

sure. Thanks for your advise. I will look at the tutorial you suggested. Just trying to get my head around the modelling tools.
