is coming great! keep on working on and show us another rendering a bit far from the head or, as you know, the nose and the mouth will appear a bit distorted.
grat work on texture too, did u use a reference photo, yes?

Hey, this model actually looks somewhat like Nicolas Cage!
Not so sure about the eyes though, shouldn't they be even smaller? The guy has tiny eyes... also the ears, they seem awfully close to his head!
I don't really enjoy his ugly mug all that much and tend to look away when he's on the screen, so I may be wrong with my critiques :p
Other than that I'd say you're on the right track, that's some solid modeling there!
