When you need an object to follow another object, like a cup in a character's hand or a knee pole vector to the foot control, when would you use parenting and when would you use parent constrain? Is parent constraining the same as parenting, just with the ability to turn it off and on? Since we're animating, would it be best to always use parent constrain to be able to key the constrain?
