Hmmm.... not much activity around here... where are the blenderheads?

You should add some details and make it look more organic (the hips for example) and less flat (I cant believe that someone with such a flat head can have enough brain inside to walk on two feet - but on the other hand its an alien, maybe its brain isnt in the head)
