Lower the Diffuse, and either use an environment map (with sufficient amount of reflectivity), or dive straight into HDRI....

If you get stumped at HDRI use an environmental reflect map.

Or a simpler way would be to put something around you object to reflect. Now Prepare a Blinn with high specular value (overdrive the slider to twice the max value shown by default), and color almost white. Use a gray for diffuse. Put reflectivity to around 8. And raytrace. (Dont forget to turn raytrace on in the Render globals)

Good Luck !!!

It probably would'nt hurt as a noob to texturing, to download some sample shaders from www.highend3d.com and analyse the structure of their nodes/attributes....

also their is a decent collection of metal shaders on Emanuel's site:

www.pixho.com

along with plenty of other useful rendering/shading node information!

Make sure also you find time to read some (if not all!) of Leigh's Texturing Tutorials - available at one of the forums here...
