If we could see a bigger picture with more detail and maybe even different viewing angles, it would be possible to comment on it, but as it is now that's allmost impossible!!!
i need to see it to critique it.
don't be afraid - make the image bigga....

Post a larger pic please :)
From what I can see now, the upper part of the head may be a bit too small/short.
And... if you are planning to animate the head using morph-targets, you should model it in a more neutral pose.
Otherwise it looks great!
Could you post some wires too?

ben what program you using? that has weird bump maps, there is no soft bump there all hard, that is one thing i see with it.

The bumpmap is a bit weird, that needs some work still, also what's that greenish 'glow'? At the bottom of his neck the colour looks strange. I think if you texture it, it'll look a lot better! (and the bump map!)

He could also do with more wrinkles around the eyes, especially above the eyes you're missing a very prominent fold where the eyelids rest.
Another thing with the eyes: The red at the sides is too strong, should be more pinkish I'd think...
Other than that I like it, except for what the others have pointed out already...

hell! did u use a planar projection? and maps? u cannot use at this rendering resolution a smaller map than 1500x1500!!!
try with cylindrical projection and unwrap in a 3000x1500 about, and if you want to use planar projection you must use blend or alpha channel texture (TGA 32bit) to smooth the transition between 2 textures.
morphing? what program? if max you have to modify a copy of the 1st head with poligonal tool (or whatever else, i dunno if it's poligonal, nurbs, patch, blabla...) and model in this way an "expression target". after apply a morpher modificator to the 1st head and put the 2nd in a channel. but i'm not sure at all if you're using max.
when you post be clear about tool, tecnique, etc.
