Sweet! I love your style, and I especially like the second sketch - the silhouette on that guy would be amazing.

Wow i love the first one,it's upper part is awesome,maybe try to mix the 1 and 2nd sketches,second one with head of the first one could be interesting really awesome!!

I really love the slightly more delicate horror-ish feel of the first one... I'd love to see the wing appendages of the second on him, but less chunky, with more of a sharp implement or tool feel to them. But the mood on the first one is gorgeous... given that the brief for the demonlord is one that says he'd be a more godly foe to deal with, the first fulfils that for me more than the second one, who has more of a warrior feel.

The first sketch reminds me alot of a World or Warcraft character, Illidin. The others are more original looking and have soooo much character in them. Keep at it!

...you would NOT mess with this guy! Really liking the style - with the stings, maybe you could add in some muscle structure in there, or break it up like a scorpion / insect style?

just as the 90 degree 'bends' arent supported by anything...?

they look pretty immense, too - maybe he could be slightly bent by the weight or in mid strike!?

Looks great so far. The concept seems to be progressing from good to great. I would spend some extra time on the face though since it seems to be lacking detail compared to the rest of the body. Also, make sure you dont make the legs to short. The legs are better In the last picture though so I wouldnt worry much about it.

Looking very cool with all these updates! Really liking the mouth you've given him, and I love the wing appendages now, they're looking much more... appealing! He has this cool The Darkness vibe to him, and the colours work really well with his design. I'd like to see a little more length top his neck, as his whole form feels a touch scrunched down compared to your earlier sketches but he's looking very menacing.

hey, really liking the progression in your character design!

think the latest pic lacks a lot of the power that you had from before? he almost looks like he's marching as his left leg's high enough to be stepping over something? also, his sword looks as if its dragging along the floor? Unless you want him running, if so you need to twist his torso and lower / raise his appendages.

maybe flip it and have him dragging his trophies along the ground...?

also, think he might be a bit 'tidy' right now. his appendages are dripping blood but his hairs all pushed back neatly and his sword and armour are box fresh! maybe untie those chains around his wrist a little and dirty up his skin / armour?

- I spend around 2-4 hours for each sketch (depending on complexity). Not too much and not too quickly (you know what I mean =).

To be honest I don't think that this pose is good enough. Looks like he's sitting
on his sword and riding through the sky or something like that. I know it's not
easy to find the right pose, but maybe rather try some other. :)

dramatic scene thumbs.. the last composition is very dynamic already.. like 3 and 4 of the upper the poses. A mix, where he stands like in pose 4 and makes a battle shout [ 3 - ? :)] with his arms and weapons to the side would be pretty cool too!
