Hi to all..Well I am a CG Artist and these days learning 3D Applications like Max and Maya in my institute..I just wanna ask u all that which compositing software will suit my needs..As to have hi end film effects (specially in compositing and VFX)..I am also a user of Adobe After Effects but thats more towards a broadcast design u know...So now I have two choices in between Nuke and Fusion..Do tell me which one would be really user friendly and how can I learn..Thanks a million..Regards

I'm not sure which one, but to learn I don't think you can go past FXPhd (http://www.fxphd.com).
