Oh no! I am late!
ho ho ho, this is the first time I enter this competition and I am psyched!
I have chose to do a Demon Lord named Celox. The reference I used most are from bats and skeletons. I have few problems trying to understand the brief but its all good. So here is my first concept of his head.

I realise his jaw is not beefy enough to be a demon lord, if there are any comments or ideas please be harsh on me.

I am looking at more hunger feel. seems like it devours anything when it wants to.
