Kindof a continuation of my last thread...

Is it possible to convert an edge into a linear spline? I'm sure it's possible to select the points, copy them, etc, etc, but is there a plugin, or a more automated way?

If you have R8, just use the Edge Selection to Spline under the Structure menu. Quick and easy...

You can assign that to a hotkey to make it even faster...

Hi if you have version 8 then yes use edge tool then structure edge selection to spline.

Thanks a lot! It's amazing what you can accomplish when you actually look in the menus. I just upgraded to 8, so forgive my ignorance on that...
