Here are some sketches that I have been working on. These sketches are of a demon lord idea that I was working on at first. After doing these and a few more I decided to try out a norm invoker with the power to summon. I might make this demon guy the summon or something I don't know yet. :D

i liked the norm summoner a lot.. and feel it is much better than the demon concept
Nice accessories and i think one head version is much better than the three head version..

Here are some sketches of what I am leaning towards for the summon. It is a Barbaric Armored Oni Samurai or something like that ha ha.

I am also thinking that I want my summoner to have pets. So I thought that it would be cool if they were tree or wood spirits. Also the pets would the power to make a wooden summoning portal come out of the ground that the summoner could then use her staff to summon the oni through. The line work and design on this character is marvelous. The head really does it. Will be watching this one.

FrozZT- Thank you! :D Well I was inspired to do the pets after looking at a book of Enku's wooden sculptures. He was a Japanese sculptor who lived in the 1600s. He did over 100,000 small wooden Buddha sculptures over his life time and it just made me think of the idea while looking at his book. Sometimes you get ideas from unexpected places.

I don't know why but his head is kinda funny for me :p Looks like a kind of vegetables head ^^

alexy - Thanks for the crit! Yeah I think that moving in the horns will fix that. I am going to do a few more drawings of different variations of the head just in case.
