View Full Version : workin with clips
renatorena 07-08-2003, 02:58 PM hi, can you hlep me?
i´ve made a bouncing ball,
starts in a A point, jump to B point.
Then I´ve made a clip.
Now when i duplicate this clip,
and connect them , the ball jumps again
A to B, how can I connect to
make a continous sequence?
thanx

difficult to understand your question
make sure your range slider is set to the correct # of keyframes so you can view the entire animation. If both clips are enabled(RMB) then they should both play....so try offsetting the times that they play....OR try this
move ball in X -create clip
move ball in y -create clip
the two in combo should create a ball bouncing

i ´d like to make a sequence....when the ball
is in B point i´d like to make the ball goto to a C point
starting from B...

also...if you want to have the ball bounce continuously and not return to the beginning(if i understand you correctly) you would use cycle with offset in the grapheditor....you dont even need a clip for that.

just noticed the Cycle option in the channel box if u have the clip selected....change that to #number of loops you want

2byts,
i resolved the question.....
it was more simple than i thought
i copied the clip and paste in timeline (trax),
and with the LMB i´ve set relative option....
the clip was pasted and set as relative to the
previous clip.
:surprised

-Take yoru ball and key it from point A to point B
-Now go to Window/Anamation Editor/Graph Editor
-Click on the curves that make your ball X and Y and then go to Curves/Post Infinity/Oscillate
