Good job capturing the harshness of the city conditions with your rendering and hard brush strokes. The textures and how you made the rain are great. for some reason, I don't like the woman in the red shirt and white pants. It may be because she's in such brighter colors compared to the other figures, and it may be distracting to the mood of the piece.

Your atmosphere is very well done, by the way. You could mute her colors are cast more shadows on her, but that's just a suggestion. Great compositional balance and layout. Nice job. Keep it up.

Is this planet called Eden Prime? Reminds me the planet destroyed by evil alien in a game Mass Effect. Awesome work, maybe there is too many people in the foreground, i think 3 is most. just a personal opinion. and the man is very stiff, maybe he has been shocked.
