nice pic!
1 crit, change the black color of the shades on her face to a more brown/red color (maybe) but imo do not keep it black, it "cuts" her face in a odd way. you have a different color for the rest of the body exept the face where its black...hehe..
my lousy 2 cents, keep it or throw em back :D
love her clothes

Looks great, although i do have some suggestions!
It is not clear what see is sitting on as it is, the line work on the thing she is sitting on needs some work to.
Also, the tv's have shadow from the front, but the rest of the scene doesn't. The shadow on her left arm does not match with the rest of het body. With the way her left arm bends, there should be some wrinkles in the cloth on the front.
The left breast got some weird shadow on the front, where you start to see some skin, this needs some adjustment.
And my last suggestion, the camera is not aimed at the girl, it would only see a little bit of the front of the leg, maybe you should aim it at her.
Just some suggestions, the work does look great overall!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I still have to work on the legs, backround and hands. I've put in 6 hours and think 6 more will complete it. I'll post the finished product soon.
