As usual I am late for posting but this time I have a friend for helping me. Is Dualrectifier (also Filippo V. from Paris, French).
We are rebuilding the Wardenclyffe Tower as a means to distribute electricity in the ionosphere that enemy combat aviation.
I'm looking for building some generator and the background, and my friend Dualrectifier builde the tower.
Some screenshot come soon.

Looks good. But Tesla's Airships have no propellers, wings, or thrusters. They are essentially UFO's.
I love your turbines.

little update of ennemy aircraft.
Thanks Angus84, my concept aricraft is not a Tesla's aircraft but a simple retro-style concept.
The big airscrew rotate and it's used as an engine or for stationary flight. Is all ennemy^^.
I have not made much details because is all far and little. but it's help me to create a fun background!

Ah if it's enemy stuff it makes sense. I was going to use biplanes. We're doing similar concepts. Only I don't know if I have enough time to finish mine.

Slick modeling, I dig it. What are your plans for the final, an animation of the planes getting electrocuted and blown up? Good luck!

Here some lightning effect. But I don't understand why the lightning in the tower (those of arc-shaped) some time lost the modificator (skin+noise)...is a mistake. is enough to click on the modifier to make them work again ... strange.
PS: The model of "transformators" is made by Dualrectifier,

Ok guys, little update, after creating a little forest with 2 crossed plane with alpha, I am returned to work with "real" tree, helped by vrayproxymesh. But for render this scene in a resonable time ( <10min @frame ) I have increased the dinamic memory and decreased the size of the bucket.

the problem with the crossed plane tree is when I work in combustion for add 3dfog, the fog does not see the alpha of the plane but the whole plane.
