Dear all,

Here is a new project of mine, a short animated story based on the sculpture of artist Kumi Yamashita.

Four (an animated short) (http://720.hu/four.html)

or on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgkLIsCpuvE)

Cheers,

Peter

Wow, that was really good :D Some of the "klunking" sounds were a bit off, and you may need to fill in some more, but overall it looked amazing :D Gotta say I was suprised when the shadows showed up and it was a girl! :D Cool stuff!

Definetly upload a picture for preview, I'm sure many users missed it due to that... it deserve to be watched!

Very good work, loved the ambiance.

Very nice renders. I was really interested when I saw the shadows form the girl, would have liked to see her animated a bit.

I like this video, though I will agree that I would like to see some animation out of the figure. Another small tidbit, it seems to me, that the shadows are cast towards the light source. It appears that the light source is coming from the left side of the frame, but the shadows are also extended to the left side of the frame as well. When the guard opens the door, the shadows disappear/are cast in the wrong direction, unless I am missing something here.
