CGTalk - How do you open the material library

Under matlib, all of the files are Microsoft Access files. I try to open them in Microsoft Access but it won't work. Does anyone know how to use the material libraries or know where I can download them. Thanks for any help. :)

open the material libs in MAX with the material editor.
