Here are the First Concept Drawings for my first Idea, the story will be up soon! I am going for a 2 in 1 character deal,Its a Norm (havent decided on race yet)with a magical armor that thinks for itself..and uses its large gauntlets for battle...this is the basic idea, once im happy with it i will post a detail pass. feel free to comment.. any suggestions or concerns would be helpfull! Thanks!:)

I dont know how i feel about the back legs..here is one with just a biped, so i made the boots bigger and extended the arms which makes the norm in charge instead of the slave idea.I like the way the armor looks and the overall idea, but the humanoid will change drastically.. i hate the classical "gears" bulky dude that everyone does.. so im going to try a do something a little more fresh and colorful.

Here is my second idea.. just a bipedal character.. im thinking about doing a boar with aztec ish armor and weapons.. something tribal looking..

I wll post a final concept by the end of the week.. i am planning on starting my model next week.. i dont want to rush into it and end up doing something im unhappy with..

4-leg concept look really cool. but is it a machine with a human inside? or those hands are flesh too? imo your first idea is the best so far.

the idea was that the human is wearing the armor but the armor is in control. I dunno, i feel that the four legged thing might look to akward.. it just doesnt look very practical.. but thank you for your opinion.. i will work with it some more and try to come up with something better ^^

The face in the top left of this sheet (http://i624.photobucket.com/albums/tt325/ranko36/version3_2.jpg?t=1237937728) is pretty cool looking. I think it could make for a nicely stylized character.

Here is the newest version i came up with: A Spiritual/Monk-ish character, i wanted it to use its fists as weapons so i expanded on the flame aspect and made them physically part of him.. i know its not the most original thing to do, but i didnt want to slap gauntlets or gloves on him..I also changed the proportions of the body a bit, using lots of pixar concepts as refernce, i dunno, any suggestions would be awsome!

i have this certain interest for characters with huge arms. You're last sketch I found pretty interesting :) Keep up the good work.
