Tjo,

Looking good! And yes, you are quite fast :)

I have a pair of questions regarding the functionality/flexibility of the limbs. At the moment, they do not seem to have any kind of pneumatic/hydraulic/motorized support for moving.
You should add some cylinders and pistons!

Best Regards,

Nicklas

thx.
I havent added all the hydraulics just yet, but even at this stage they do have some on the legs and arms.
I just hope I'll be able to rig this properly later on, I have never modeled a robot before.

Wicked modeling zaph, this could easily be a Star Wars character. His head is the only thing that doesn't completlely work for me, but maybe its just the angle.....
Good luck.

Nice shapes you got working with. I feel like he needs more mechanical parts in his torso but it looks like this is just the beginning. The floating head is interesting. Maybe you can put a camera of something behind it and make the mask be there to protect the camera. After all, scouts need a way to relay back the information they've gathered right?

GaeasHerald: thx, you may be right about the head, but it's not done yet so we'll see how it turns out =)

KtfFang: Yep, im gonna put electronics behind the mask, hed be a pretty useless scout without a brain =)

A smal update, Next I think im gonna flesh out the legs a bit more.

Very nice. I would say make his torso shorter, it will make him look more solid. Another option is to make him a qaudriped which would lend quite nicely to the elongated torso.

Keep up the good work!
