One crit here:
When you have a backlit situation like here, pay attention to the blacks and shadows. The rocks on the left are nearly completely black on the sides facing the camera "normally". Hence the castle should be very dark/black as well, as nearly the whole front is in the shadow.
Another small thing - if you want to sell it as a photograph (which you want to) this lighting situation would create a lensflare. Normally these things (and any moving objects) are not included in matte paintings, but as a still photograph it should be fine :)
