Hi all, Adobe has just released a new version of After Effects:
http://www.adobe.com/products/aftereffects/main.html

-New bezier rotoscoping tools.
-New Keyer.
-New text tool (!)

/edit
There seems not to be curve editor or something, or any other enhancements in the editing of keyframes.
Why!! :surprised

Here is a nice review of it:

I know alot of beta testers were annoyed that they couldnt talk about it at NAB(originally it was supposed to be announced then). Glad they can finally talk. :)

And really nice that they added support for layered sequences of PSD files !!!

•Text remains fully editable and formatting is preserved when you import Photoshop files.
•Preserve layers when you import multiple Photoshop files as a sequence.
•When you import layered Photoshop files as compositions, you can choose to have each layer’s bounding box
match the dimensions of the composition. This ensures that the layers are all the same size, which is helpful
when working with data from 3D applications or when importing sequences of layered PSD files as composi-tions.
Alternatively, you can retain the original dimensions of each layer.
•When you rename or reorder layers in a composition created from a Photoshop document, the links to the
original document remain intact.

Then I can get all my render elements, mattes, G-Buffer from 3ds max into After Effects via the PSD files produced from psd-manager by cebas (http://www.cebas.com/products/products.asp?UD=10-7888-33-788&PID=38). :)

Hmm, If I'm reading this correctly, vector paint is now in the base package, rather than only in the pro version? Hope so...
