I just watched some of the buzz videos, and looked over many sekeltons, all are the same. So i was wondering is there a way to also add skeletons for things like tails, cloth, even breasts or stomachs?

Its ok if there only fk but i was wondering how i go abot doing this in lightwave?

Yes you can, check out the pixie character from the clip art cd. Her wing bones are not characterize, so therefore, you can animate it manually.
