This kid-cat sitting in a jail for crime that he didn't make. Watching TV, kinda bored.
I draw it with 4B pencils and colored in photoshop by using watercolors brushes and played a bit with color filters on textures background

Freaky looking cat. I thought it was a rat ;D (because the mouse-trap on it's tongue and the ears). Nice work!
