hey guys,

i m trying to figure out how to use path constraints to run my control objects on it. for example the mouth corners should move around the teeth or the brows should move around the skull. i saw brad's facial bone rig videos. how did he manage to run control objects on a path and still be able to move it up and down? i spend some time now to figure it out but end up with way to complicated ideas or dependency loops. any ideas?

ok, i found a way to limit the movement of the control object on a spline with the lengthinterp function. The X and Y position of the Control Objetct is now locked to the path and i m still able to move the Z position independently. Problem is that the X and Y position is is now based on percent wich make the movement very snappy. take a look at the PathText.max to see what i mean.

Are there any other solutions?
