Hi all...
maybe some hint on how to create this effect....
I'd like to create some burning text on a book page (harry potter style). Should I use stroke with a glow effect?...how to create the burning look in regards to the text following the page curvature (mesh warp?) and the texturing to make it look like a real burning page text also.
Anyways, any hints would be cool.

3D-program. simple as that. You'd only create the actual text as an animated texture in AE, the rest of the effects is much better done elsewhere. And naturally: Print it out, burn it, film it with a camera. I'm sure you can find lots of books on second hand markets that wouldn't mind being sacrificed in the name of doing film art. ;-)
