I constantly watch these competitions but never participate due to time. However, I will in this one. Nothing fancy just some fun.

Growing up in the 80's I was inspired by our cartoons. It was 80's cartoons that got me into art in the first place.

Captain Caveman is my man.

Here is my base concept. I have done this quick in C4d just to get the general concept going but I have done a quick sketch of him hitting a dinosaur over the head. Unfortunatly my scanner is on the blink but will upload those pics later.

Awesome! I've been checking out this competition and i might do something just for the hell of it. I love Captain Caveman! That definitely takes me back. Maybe some Kung Fu Hooey or Grape Ape might be a fun project. USA Cartoon Network! Ha!

Love it, only thing is, technically it is a 70's programme! I hope you keep going with this as it brings back fond memories and acting the right goof...
