Does anyone know how to export animation from maya?

I need to bring the animation into another maya file. I think you have to activate a plugin, but I don't know what the plugin is called.

Thanks

1)Well I have a scene that is referencing(B) the main setup(A) file.

2)After I started animating in the referenced file(B) we needed to fix the rig in main setup(A) so we could save poses

3)when we did this it screwed up the way the refernece(B) was being read and for some reason we cant save poses.

4)I made a new scene(C) and the saving poses work, but I want to export animation from (B)
and import it into (C)

So I don't think FBX will work

Hopefully this isn't too confusing and hopefully you or someone can help
Thanks

I've been using this for some time now.

It's fast and works great.
