Any body out there playing with the combo yet?

I can't get Motion Builder to import any of my models from wings.

I tried 3ds - nothing happens.

So I took it over to another program and exported as dxf, and it said no geomentry?

Those are the only import options for MB (3ds & obj) beside internal formats. Do I have to do something to my model before I export it? I triangangleated it before exporting.

motionbuilder 4 only exports FBX , so either wait for MB 5 which imports the formats you mentioned or wait for the wings fbx plugin , whichever comes first.

MB says it imports and exports 3ds?

Wings exports to 3ds?

After Exporting from wings to MB, I don't plan on bringing the model back into Wing - I'll ahve to find some other program to setup to get a rendered animation.
