I watched a bit of it and it seemed cool, but 10 minutes is way way way too long for a demo reel. try to make it 2 minutes.

agreed. gather your best out of this 10 minutes and make it shorter

You may go up to 3 minutes, but be sure all your best work is in the first 2. Most employers wont make it past 2 minutes. Some wont even make it past 1. Even if they like it.
