So like the idea, your render shows really great textures on the background like wood and paintcan etc. Only the idea, isn't as clear here, maybe should zoom out to make cat more visible? And try experimenting with a furplugin for the mouse or so, main thing that bugged me though is the look of the mouse, too...non living, let it look like he's looking passed the camera lik at the cat as in sketch, looking wierd now. hehe pls finish this one, it's cool

thanx Astaroth.NL, I was trying to make fur,but I don`t know work well with shag:hair/fur, and about the view-it is only zoomed in,because I haven`t finished the cat yet.
and don`t you know some good links about making fur/hair with shag?

Maybe you don't have to care about hair.. the felt-like look of the mouse is quite a cool style. I say that just because It seemed complete to me at first sight.. recognized no lack of fur. but for the cat... hmmm :rolleyes:

for c&c I probably got sumthin: At this state the Mouse's look seems to have no aim, just looking forward. Maybe this is just because the scene is not completely visible yet. But maybe you could make her look somewhere. turn the eyes, or the head a lil'

I just wish there would be a cuddly toy version of that mouse.. I'm quite curious what you make out of the cat ;] ...

not having seen the source image, i would be hard pressed to tell that its a cat painted on the wall.
