I am starting with a box and I brought it into layout now I wanna add a twist to it on frame 30 how can I make it move into a twisted box without keyframing that whole sequence?

Make an endomorp for your box. Default it's a cube, and the morph is a very stretched box. Now make your path using splines. Use make skelegons to make a string of skelegons along your spline. That's your motion path. Now in layout load your box. Convert the skellegons to bones. make sure the box uses these new bones for it's deformation. Now use morph mixer to make your box stretch. Because of the combination of bones and the morph, your box will stretch along the path. Hope that helps.
EDIT: oke, I've tested it myself, and I can't get it to work, but I'm sure it's something like that. It's been discussed on these boards quite a few times. Do a search for it, I'm sure you will find a better explanation to do this then I gave you ;)

Take a look at the Bezier Bend plugin (www.flay.com). It does exactly what you're looking for.
Edit: use endomorphs to make the box grow

If you've got Worley's Polk Collection (http://www.worley.com/polk/polk.html#toppolk) , you can use the Acid plugin with the Alpha parameter to do something like this:
Growing Motion Trail (http://www.trinitymediainc.com/Temp/act.avi) (Divx 5.03)
In this case, the blue and red flight paths were revealed by parenting a null to the each plane, and telling Acid to reveal the path based on the null's position.
Acid makes reveals like this very easy. :)
