Hi Guys,

I'm doing an animation in 3d of an object spinning 360 degrees.

I want it to spin about 5 times increasing speed until it blurs into another object
then slows down. I could do the motion blur in the 3d program but motion blur takes
ages to render and I wondered if there was an easier way to do it in AE?

I've looked at the various blurs in AE but can't decide which one is best.
Also, so tip would be appreciated.. :)

I'm using Cinema 4d and AE CS3 btw.

Thanks in advance.

Render a velocity pass using the multipass option, then get yourself Reel Smart Motion Blur Pro.

Hmmm. I can't seem to find 'Velocity pass' in Cinema's multipass option? Is it in version 11? I'm still on 10.5 :(

It sure has been there ever since v8 or so and is exactly called Motion Vector.
