View Full Version : FumeFX and Alpha Channels

My apologies of this topic has been covered. I searched this topic but couldn't find anything of use.

I'm working with FumeFX and Scanline. I need to export the fire as its own layer, to composite over another object later. However, I can't get FumeFX to render semi-transparently. It shows up as a blank image. I tried rendering with some geometry, but even then it was masked; the fire only rendered when it was in fromt og the geometry.

I really need to get this to work. Any help you can provide would be most welcome.

Did you use Render Elements FumeFX Fire?
