I am a newbie... with very vey little idea about maya and motion builder..
I need some help... I have some 3D models, but i do not like their skeleton structure. I want to remove those bones and just keep the mesh using maya. Then I want to import a skeleton (the cmu skeleton used for mocap data) from motion builder into maya and attach that skeleton to the mesh. Is it possible to do so? if so, then what format of file should I use to export ?
Finally if i want to import the mesh , the skeleton and the bindng information into opengl, could anyone please show me some light on that as well if possible?
