Nice done, espcially the lightning and rendering. The modelling is fine, I don't see any faults. All over all its a question of taste and i don't like such interior, but besiede this fact there are some technical things :
1. The socket for the TV-console (this whole thing made of wood, don't know the english word for it) is too flat. I needs some bump or some diffusion, this way it looks too cg-ish.
2. Be carefull with eyecatching colours. I'm not sure if this is wanted, but the 3 vases, especially the yellow one are attracting the viewers attention to much. Remove at least the yellow one.
I think thre vases on one table are too much, so i would leave the red one and lower a bit the sat. of it.
3. On your kitchen pic : The Backdrop picture is to bright for the room. Or the room to dark for the pic. The picture is 12.00, the room 16.00.
4. The turbulence on your balck wall socket is to small and noisy it loos strange espacilly on the main picture. lower the contrast, raise the size of the turbulence and clip some parts of it out.
On the entrance picture is the black socket very badly positioned, it pulls the attention of the viewer to the left side, despite the fact that this is unwanted ...

i love the glass squary things, thats excellent.. and of course nice lighting. I wouln't say the vase's did catch my attention tho, but defo the outside, i think it is too bright.
Dunno much about vray actually... i take it it uses GI here? Anyway, bonus points for the glass squary things (what ever their supposed to be called..) and for the wooden roof thing too.
I'd live there. nice. :)
Oh., and your kettle might be a tad shiny too. Still wicked tho.
WOW (of course), i'm struggling with Mental Ray and rendering in general at the moment, this makes me realize that it will be worth the effort (assuming my rendering ever looks this good!)
