hi,
i'm working on a photorealistic head , using misss_fast_skin, it works nice but when i add reflection they look grainy.
I get information from this pdf :http://www.lamrug.org/resources/doc/sss-skin-tutorial.pdf
but i can't achieve similar results.
Here is two images, without and with reflections (same values as in pdf). For info, there is no FG or GI, just a 3 spot lights setup, and i work with 2009.
