Hello everyone! I'll be modeling Steelheart from the Silverhawks, from Arthur Rankin, Jr. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_Rankin,_Jr.) and Jules Bass (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jules_Bass) who also brought us the Thundercats, these were some of my favorite cartoons back then.
Expect a quick update since I already started in Zbrush, roughing her shape with Zspheres.
Awesome challenge, this is my first post and challenge. Cheers!

Out of Zbrush and into Blender for tweaking, don't worry about the head it's just to keep body proportions.
I'll start a new head once I'm happy with the body.

Here's more reference material, a body check and the beginnings of a head.

I was in the zone, stay up late last night and can now say that I'm satisfied with what I have so far. I played a little with materials but still I'm not too happy with the results.
Head finished...

I'm hoping I can get all the detail I need and retrieve decent normal maps and maybe retopolizing the mesh.

Watching this one, looking real good so far, shame you have modelled that beautiful face and now she's wearing the mask!

Nice work...

Thanks samartin... I will definitely texture the face. Then do a couple of render tests with and without the mask or maybe even a combination of the two, it all depends on how good the face texture comes out if it sucks I can always cover it. ;)

Wow... Zbrush ain't no joke, I'm having trouble getting sharp edges.
I worked on it alittle more last night.

I don't see the poly count listed in your screenshots but I'm guessing you need to divide again. I can see some of the aliasing in her arms.

Also the elastic brush is good for lines. You probably have to tweak the settings a little. Make sure to uh... hit the "L" key. That's funny I can remember the shortcut but not the name.

Edit: Lazymouse! That's what L does. :D

Why you have not posted this model on the final thread?

This is great work.
