Hi there,
I'm currently working on something and it's going to be 'printed' as a real object. (http://www.shapeways.com)
The thing is, I need to make a bolt/screw and it has to fit exactly into the nut because it's going to be a real life object. Does anyone has any ideas how to accomplish this?
I found only one tutorial on how to make a screw, that one has a thread with a V shape and I need to make one that has a square thread. (V shape thread will not hold, have to make it square)
Who has any tips, advice etc on how to do this.
For anyone (probably everyone) who doesn't understand what i'm trying to explain, check out the attachment.
