View Full Version : Changing Paths to Clips in the Sequence Editor

Here's the set up: I have a Blender file work in progress that I started on another computer. Basicly what I'm doing is re-editing a quicktime + a .wav file in the Sequence Editor, so both picture and audio are fairly chopped up and shifted around. Next, for what ever reason I had to move all my files (audio, video and .blend) to another drive. As expected becuase the paths have changed, when I open up that blender file there's no images nor audio. Fixing it should be easy enough. I just change the paths in the Input Tab under the Sequencer Buttons (F10 *2). This works as well as can be expected for the video images... not so good for the audio. I can't seem to figure out why? When I try to change the path for my audio, instead of the clip updating suggesting that all is well...the clip shinks to nothing.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
M
