was working on first real attempt at a rig and while i was saving max crashes on me and it gave me the thing that asks if i wana save a back up and i say yes, both the original and the back up are corrupt.:annoyed: really pissed and urked. how can i have it so auto back backs up my files at a certain time? like every 15minutes or something?

solved this problem but i have another.when i load a file,i get a dialog box that says im missing a .dll but i did a search for it and i have it, and the dialog box doesn have a browse button. when i try to save the under a different name max cashes on me. what;s the deal?

it says im missing viewport_manager.gup or something, something about direct x, not sure exactly
