CGTalk - PSP 8 question

this is the closest forum for this program so i might as well ask here...why did they take out the text menu that let u choose between the inner outline of the text and the outter outline of the text so u can combine colors,etc?

i didnt see this option in PSP 8...or is it somehow hidden? i know for sure they had it in 7..

PSP 8 is Paint Shop Pro 8....PS8 is PhotoShop 8..lol..but no..i havent either:)
