This whole theme made me go back and watch the Ducktales movie and I remembered one of my favorite characters. Gizmo Duck.

I think I'll be going with a more modernized version of him. Don't know if I'll get this done but I've committed to finishing him whether it's in time for this or not. If anybody has any reference it would be a big help. I've only got a few from a google search and some grainy youtube videos. He's pretty simple so I suppose it's not too big of a problem. A lot of freedom to do what I want I guess.

Handdrawn stuff to follow in the next week. Gotta figure out how exactly I'm going to do it.

Was out of town all week so I'm a bit behind on this one but I did get to work on the concept a bit. I'll work on it some more tonight and hopefully start the model in the next day or so.

Gizmo is getting a bit of an update.

How? Well we're going to imagine a Vacuum and a Cylon getting it on and he's the end result.

I'm working on making his joints ball joints that can rotate. There will obviously be a little artistic license in how things function but I'm trying to keep it reasonable so it will appear to work properly even though I'm not at all mechanical and can barely work on a car.
