View Full Version : How to get rid of wireframe while texturing?

Iv managed to hide the edges from the 3d display...however Im still not able to remove the vertex dots...Basically I want to have a object mode type shading while editing uvs.
Attached image will explain what i mean.

Since Edit Mode is connected to UV Edit Mode now, I don't believe it is possible.
Others are free to point out a solution if it exists.

ummm... hit the TAB key and exit Edit mode?
TAB again to re-enter and continue texturing.
Doesn't seem like to much work hitting one key. ;)

Go into face-select mode. (ctrl+tab)
That way the vertices will disappear.
It's also nice to enable "Sync UV and Mesh selection" in the UV/Image Editor while using this.
