Your invited to the first Floating Fish Festival... featuring a castle releasing and shooting off high powered balloons. In the village square are giant floating balloons complete with a ticker tape parade. So grab a balloon from the tree, have a seat and enjoy all the festivities.
All work was done with a pencil, paper and Photoshop. I really enjoyed this, my first competition here at the CGSociety and have come to appreciate Jacek Yerka's fantastic style.
