I kind of went for a center of the universe theme with a doorway representing a portal looking glass type idea, one you might find in a dream. I spent 19 days with about 3 hours per day working on this peace starting it as thumbnails in my sketch book, blocking it in 3d, texturing some items, rendering out layers and then bringing it into Photoshop for touch ups and paint work. I liked doing this contest and feel that this is one of the coolest peaces I have ever done.
