Then solidify the body, more solid colors in there, working smaller and smaller into as much detail as you want. Dodge it Burn it Color it up with Shades. It'll be sweet dude, it already rocks!!

i would like to update, but i need ideas folks. if i can get a cool idea. because just black will not work . i was thinking maybe an alley? my friend reccomended that. but i know nothing about venom. if anyone has any ideas please help me out. i would really like to finish this. thanks.

Why is he walking? To tell you the truth, this is the first time I've seen him walk. Also, his tongue usually lashes out because its like another appendage, not just because it looks cool or pretty.

It's a really cool style, and I love it, but I say give him a pose that's more natural to him like clinging, sitting looking down from very high elevations, or attacking unsuspectingly at something/someone... but definitely keep the style you're going for :beer:

i agree with the tongue, i never liked the idea of him like standing there with it out. but i figure if its venom, i should have it out. so if someone has some ideas, btw im a TERRIBLE! painter. so hopefully someone has a idea. thanks.

I think you could use a strong back light for silluet. would show lot more of the body's shape. but looking very good allready

thanks kazuya. i have seen your art on here, so i know you know what your talking about. i guess ill try painting more of this in the morning. not trying to get my personal life in ehre, but i just got done watching 2 david lynch movies i have never seen. i couldnt sleep after that of course, because i was racking my brain trying to figure out what was going on. so im really tired now. thanks if anyone has any ideas please drop em to me. i do agree that for venom, it should be some kind of action pose. i think i should rethink drawing him, cause i really cant think of anything to do with this. i was thinking maybe have him fighting...spiderman? but like i said im terrilbe at painting, so i dont know how i could ever get this done.
