Title: Dragon's Gate
Name: Amelia Hałgas
Country: Poland
Software: Photoshop

Hi! It's my new matte painting. When I saw a tutorial on 3D Total about making a house look old and damaged I wanted to do the same by myself. I took a picture of victorian villa and also Dragon Gate by Antonio Gaudi. The rest is painting and some textures from CgTextures. The best was making it look dirty and ruined :) Hope you like it :) Comments are most welcome.

nice matt composition. the bushes up front look a little hard though, as though they don't fit in with the atmosphere and color of the rest of it. the gate's very nice though. love it.

nice matt layout. the bushes look a little strong compared to the color and atmosphere of the rest of the image, like it doesn't belong in the same image. the gate is very nice and I like the design. love it.

Nice work Amelia. Very atmospheric and you've got great composition here! Good color palette, Fantastic.
I do agree with linainverse23 about the foreground brushes, they feel a bit to clear and sharp, especially the path which maybe a bit flat onto us too, but just imho and may just be me!

Love it, very Cool :)
