Alright, I'm in this with Doc Terror from the Centurions. So who is this guy?

The fellow in red right there.

He cut off half his body and programmed himself for ultimate evil. And somehow he's still considered a mad genius.

Says so right here. Yeah the toy pack says that the robot half is some kind of intelligent robot, but all it does in the show is be used to pick open doors and get blown up a lot.

He enjoyed the procedure he carried it out on his dim-witted lackey. Presumably he sewed the two bits together to form a third, even less capable henchman.

Still, he did pioneer the whole robot-shark thing, so credit where it's due.

Despite numerous setbacks and having none of the cool gadgets the show's protagonists have (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5168yjG3Qw) he still gives it all he's got to dominate/destroy the world with madcap plots like freezing all the world's water, or drilling a hole in the bottom of the sea so it all falls out. I dont know what his deal is with water, maybe it messes with his robot parts.

So why him? Maybe it's his constant snarl, his ruthless determination to saw himself in half, his kooky asymmetrical design, but he should be a fun one to model. So here I go!

Very rough blocking. Tweaked the proportions to a point where I think they look decent. It'll be a good jumping off point.

That's quite an evil start I must say, BUT you will never take over the world Doc, as long as the centurions are around your evil plans will never take way!

Yeah, this got put off a bit while I tried to get other work done, but here's a (very slightly) updated base mesh, and a rough sculpt for the head.
